Hello, thanks for query. Tuberculosis ( if active or took treatment , report), If first iui failed try for 2nd one. As far as concerned about PCOS , if successful ovulation is there , pregnancy will be there. Hi. Tuberculosis is mainly a disease of the lungs (it can affect other organs like lymph nodes, intestine, bone, brain), caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. If detected early and course of treatment is completed, it is a curable disease. However, in later stages, it may cause scarring of the organs and may disseminate (miliary TB). It spreads by droplet route, from a person's sputum (open TB).

Hello Thanks for writing to HCM Pneumonia can be due to bacteria or virus and less commonly due to fungus or parasites whereas PTB is due to mycobacterium tuberculosis. Bacterial pneumonia generally resolves within 5-7 days with antibiotics whereas viral and fungal causes need antiviral and antifungal treatment respectively. PTB need anti T.B treatment and it needs treatment for 6-9 months.
