my 2 yr old grand daughter was stung by a bee on her neck at the beach 2 weeks ago, i got the stinger out immediately and it had the normal swelling etc, but today she said her neck hurt and the spot is swollen again as if she has just gotten stung. it the exact spot of the sting and its swollen

Requires some local application of antiinflammatory and steroid cream plus.
Some antibiotic to be taken to get rid away the probable infection.
