Hi Saneesh ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query. Most of the back aches now days in young people are due to wrong sitting posture. I would advise you to sit straight so that the spinal curvature is maintained, and go for some spinal muscle strengthening exercises in consultation with a physiotherapist. A short course of anti inflammatory might help for an early symptomatic relief.
