hi, thanks for your query. Migraine is a recurrent throbbing headache that typically affects one side of the head and is often accompanied by nausea and disturbed vision. Best treatment is to avoid causative factors like loud noises, chocolate, dust,bright lights. you can take ibuprofen 200 mg twice daily when yo seem to have headaches. If not relieved consult physician for further evaluation.
