This is not good, your blood pressure shows wide fluctuations. Kindly get done your routine cardiovascular examination and regular monitoring of pulse and BP is mandatory.Holter ECG monitoring will definitely give some clue, May be it was an episode of acute coronary syndrome. Not to panic, just relax and take light food, fruit juice and consult the physician at an earliest....tc care.
