May be that you are suffering from TM joint arthalgia. Get this confirmed by an Appropriate way.

Hi.. 1 day old tragus piercing have high possibility of closing on its own. I would suggest you to leave it alone. things to do prevent infection at the site, take prophylactic antibiotics. Keep the wound clean and dry. Donot frequently touch the tragus. note: if the hole is little big then it can be sutured/reconstructed to heal within 2 weeks. I would strongly recommend u to leave it alone.
