Hi, if it is not ingrowing toe nail then what is the actual problem?

doctor1 MD

Hi there, I understand as the pain from ingrown toe nail can be very painful. You have mentioned that you are diabetic also. I suggest you get in touch with a dermatologist who can deal with it surgically. But you have to have your sugars under control for any procedure. He can also guide you regarding the ways to avoid a ingrown toe nail. Thanks.
