Welcome. I can understand your concerns. Its always difficult to traeat skin lesions without actually seeing them. You may apply Hydrocortisone cream and DermaRest cream on the area twice daily. Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum In Short: If sudden in onset, those are urticarial rashes(allergic rashes) Explanation: If you had this sudden in onset with itching and raised lesions then it may be urticarial rashes. You can take tab cetrizine for immediate relief. Or else please send me from when and how it started, and associated symptoms(like fever, pain, discharge )etc
