Hello and welcome to HCM, Nodules on thyroid need to be investigated. They could be due to colloid goitre, multinodular goitre, benign nodule or a malignant nodule. An aspiration cytology of the nodules needs to be done. Further management will depend on the result of aspiration cytology. Polyps in nose are best treated by surgical removal. You need to consult an ENT specialist. Thanks Dr Shailja
