Had 3rd Degree Uterine Prolapse. Suggested Hysterectomy. No Pain. Suggestions?

I am 41, 2 kids, 3rd degree Uterine Prolapse, sexually active (finally after few years alone in a now 2 year very sexual active relationship) sex is best ever, no loss of urine, no pain, pain.
discompfort at times at intercourse, and started to feel something inside vagina when touching inside...
so now, doc suggested hysterectomy,;(((
really dont like that idea, i really dont want to risk the sexual pleasure, or following infections, loss of sex,or following surgury because other organs may fall out of place after removing one?!?!?!?
i like to find out how woman really feel after, pain, sex....
also read about
vaginal-uterosacral hysteropexy , believe thats just kind of putting it back in place, what is the outcome, pain, sex, re prolapse,
what is the difference between removing whole uterus or half? leaving cervix, what are advantages, disadvantages,
with a 3 not surgury, I know It could fall deeper, if so, will other organs be compromised?
? can it get better without surgury with a 3 ???

should I wait if no real pain pain, will it for sure get worse?

so many questions, I saw one doc, had ultrasound today, and will see another one tomorrow for second opinion,
affraid, a 3 is a 3 ....

please help , i am totally overwelmed on what decition to take.
