HI, Have u missed ur periods? It means ur endometrium is thickened with an intact sac like thing in the endometrium. Get a preg test done, u might be pregnant.. Early gestational sac appears so.. Corpus luteum is the remnant of the ovulated follicle which helps to maintain pregnancy in the early stage.
