What Causes Temporal Headaches On Left Side, Shoulder Pain When Having Hypertension?
Dear Doctor, my father is 59 years old and has had hypertension for past 10 years. Recently he has started developing temporal headaches on left side only. He also complains of left sided shoulder pain. Please help in determining the cause of his complains

From history it seems that he might be having some pinched nerve problem due to having some degenerative changes in his cervical spines giving this problem.
Go for x-ray cervical region and find out any nerve pinching and irritation due to cervical spondilitis.
Go for blood pressure checking regularly.
