You may be putting it in wrong. The only part that could get soaked by urine is the string that hangs out of the vagina. Be sure you are putting the tampon in your vagina and not in the urinary opening (women have done this)! If you are doing it right but still have the problem, you might have an abnormal connection between your vagina and urinary system. You would need tests to diagnose this.
