General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. wrirt drop is paralysis of radial nerve. disease recovery depends upon the cause.
it may be central disease in brain like thrombosis or ischemia. or peripheral. like injury or compression of radial nerve, or peripheral neuralgia.
as the central cause is eliminated. fault is peripheral. peripheral effects recover quickly than central.
