What Treatment Is Suggested For TMJ Disorder?

Starting with my head: -Minor headache (on & off) -Facial pain in the area of the sinus & behind the eyes w/some eye pain - foggy head I don t really know how to explain that one other than I just feel kind of out of it some times. - jaw tightness/tenderness - clogged ears, pain not often - metallic taste in mouth - pain at base of skull Neck: - soreness on left side of neck - tender to move - stiff muscles Not all symptoms at once. Ibprophen in conjunction with ice/heat regime relives most pain. Have been diagnosed with a tmj disorder.
