Hello there, if you have been drinking 750 ml of wine a day for 1 year then yes your withdrawals would be more difficult. Instead what you need to do is taper off your alcohol intake. Stick to lighter drinks like beer or ale and have no more than 1-2 pints a day. then reduce it to one pint a day. Then have a pint once in 2-3 days This way your body would adjust to change better.
