You should have a full evaluation to rule out cardiac disease. You need 375 mg of aspirin,ECG and blood test called CPK-MB & troponin to rule out heart muscle injury from acute heart disease.Once this is ruled out then entities like gastritis-excessive acid secretion,phobia and anxiety disorder,costrochondritis-rib joint inflammation should be considered.
