Eyes Always Twitching Due To Cranial Nerves Pressed By Blood Vessels. Can It Be Treated?

I am 75 my cranial nerves 5 7 8 10 12are pressed by dolichoectatic vertebro basilar vessels Hence my left eye is aiways twitching and Icannot talk properly Please advice

Your Description suggests that you have developed left hemifacisal spasm. Treatment available for the twitch inleft face is application of botulinium toxins into the facial muscles by an expert. Consult an oculoplastic surgeon, neurologist or a botulinium expert for further advice. Take care
