Hello and welcome to HCM
Tuberculosis (TB) recurrence can be confirmed by a positive test. In case of pulmonary tuberculosis sputum should come positive with acid fast bacilli (tubercle bacilli). In case of extra pulomonary TB, there should be positivity for this bacteria.
If these tests are non-contributory, PCR can be preformed which detects the tubercle DNA/ RNA in blood.

The sympyoms that you have mentioned are not that of TB.
Wheezing that aggravates during winters indicates an airway hyper-reactivity like asthma rather than TB.
Wheezing is also seen in other lung diseases like bronchitis, emphysema but they are uncommon in this age group.
TB is characterised by fever (especially evening rise), decreased appetitite, weakness, tiredness and malaise.
Consult a pulmonologist, get yourself examined and get pulmonary tests done.

Thanks and take care
