Hello Sujitha
Thanks for writing to us.
Firstly the typhoid fever needs to be confirmed.
SO please consult a doctor and have blood testing for typhoid.
Antibiotics proper for breastfeeding women can be prescribed to you.
Typhoid fever is known for recurrence, and different viral strains might be infecting you this time.
There could be contaminating source of food or water around you
FOr severe leg pain, have blood tests for B12 deficiency, calcium or vitamin D deficiency.
All the best.
