Suffering From Migraine Headaches, Neck Pain, Spinal Cord Pain. Worry?

I have been suffering from migraine headaches from over two yes now with of course no answers. Sometimes they r accompanied with bad neck pain . Today I woke up with a bad migraine and neck pain but wen I went to get up out of bed I realized I could barely move due to such severe pain down my spinal column from my hair line of my neck to my tail bone. I dont feel it in any of the surrounding muscles ...it is strictly in the spinal cord and is a constant sharp pain that is even more severe with head movement. Im worried because this has been going on all day (approximately 17 hrs) and this is not normal for me can u pls tell me wat this may be?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe you had the neck pain since long and it may be due to the spondylosis. As the present condition is a sudden and unbearable pain, it could be due to the stiff neck, and pressure over the rest of the spine.
You may need to have a MRI of the spine for diagnosis . So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
