Painful Hand And Foot Cramps. Why Is It Heavy?
I am a 41 year old woman. (5 5, 165 lbs) I have been experiencing some painful hand and foot cramps plus my hands just generally feel achy too. Just now I got a pain in my lower right leg just below my knee . My leg felt very heavy and it was painful to walk on. The pain lasted about 5 minutes and was gone. Also, I skipped my period this month...
