Vomiting. Headache, Constant Nausea. Cure For Symptoms?

Not sure what's wrong with me. I'm a 31 yr old female, and I was ill on Saturday just gone. Vomiting, having a hard time staying awake etc. woke with a headache at 8am and just ill for the rest of the day. Since then, I've been fine apart from constant nausea. I feel like I'm on the verge of vomiting and it feels almost like motion sickness. Appetite comes and goes, but if its gone I struggle with the smell of food when preparing my 4yr olds food. I have no other symptoms.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
These symptoms could be suggestive of acute migraine attack. In this case, it would respond to medications such as rizatriptan or vasograin.
If symptoms are persisting, you may consult a doctor.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
