Hi. It would be better to give them cough syrup also containing paracetamol to control fever too. You might be having some at home and the doses will be different for both of them as per weight. An antibiotic may be necessary for which a visit to Pediatrician may be sought if symptoms persist.

Hello you seem to be suffering from a upper respiratory infection. I would suggest an anti histaminic like cetrizine. Which will help with your symptoms.in case you have fever or if the symptoms bave been going on for more thwn a week you need to visit your doctor as you need a physical exam and might require antibiotics.
