hi Dear and welcome to HCM .... dear do you have any other symptoms besides fever??? like burning micturation,cough with or with out sputum,pain abdomen ???? to find out the underlying cause of fever ,all base line investigations should be done .... eg. Blood CP,ESR,urine R/E... treatment then should be cause and orgen specific .... wish you good health ...
