Hello dear, This is suggestive of a WALRI(wheez associated lower respiratory tract infection). It can be well treated with antibiotics, antihistamines and bronchodilators for 5-7 days.Your doctor will guide in this. Meanwhile, avoid cold/dusty atmosphere, avoid direct blow to face from fan/AC vent. Wishing a faster cure,Thank you.

Hello you seem to be suffering from a upper respiratory infection. I would suggest an anti histaminic like cetrizine. Which will help with your symptoms.in case you have fever or if the symptoms bave been going on for more thwn a week you need to visit your doctor as you need a physical exam and might require antibiotics. Hope this helps Regards Dr Samir Patil
