Hello, it is common reflex procedure that our orifices closes tightly at the time of sneezing. if there is bit mis-match in coordination then the particular orifice is notable to close. the same happened in your case due to which the muscles are causing sharp pain. Take an antispasmodic tablet under medical supervision to relieve the pain and do not worry. all the best.
