If it is normal, then this could be a symptom of Raynaud's phenomena, in which the vessels of the limb is hypersensitive to cold stimuli. This can be diagnosed by examination during attacks, and so you have to consult your family physician/dermatologist to know what it is. Thanks and good luck.
