you need to have this checked out. what do you mean by gallbladder attacks? have you seen a physician. are you sure the pain is coming from your gallbladder? if so and you have pain because you have gallbladder stones then it sounds like you are heading for a gallbladder removal operation.

It may be related to post gall bladder removal. Encourage you to change your diet. Prefer low fat and less greasy food. Add pre and probiotic agents. In the meanwhile your doctors should look for other causes - stool tests and colonoscopy may be helpful.
