Have A Bump In Perineum Area. It Is Like A Zit Or Ingrown Hair. Is This Possibly Syphilis?
I have a tiny oval shaped white bump on or near my perineum area. I am a male. I tried to pop it thinking it was a zit or ingrown hair and nothing but a small amount of blood came out, though it looked like a head. Is this possibly Syphilis, or just a stubborn cyst that many of us get like the white super tiny bumps i have on my penis?

Hi, it appears to be the shanchroid, or a benign grouth. Why to have doubt, i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Here after don't try to press or scratch it , then it may become secondarily infected by bacteria, and become an issue.
