Sinuses are deep airpockets in the skull that have poor blood supply. Hence the drugs do not reach there properly. Hence permanent remedy is not possible. But steam inhalation on regular basis should help
The best home remedy is steam inhalation. you can also add menthol or vicks vaporub in it to help opent the sinuses while steam inhalation.
