Hi,
Welcome to Health care Magic,
Please accept congratulations for good news, your joint problem is already improved so please do not take drugs which are not absolutely necessary, as you have consulted your Gynecologist and please take medicines regularly as progesterone helps to carry pregnancy and Folate is documented to prevent Neural tube defects in fetus, also low dose of aspirin prevents some complication like Pre eclampsia.
In normal pregnancy otherwise pay attention to your diet good healthy and fibre diet including green vegetable and fresh fruits with good protein and calories,.
You will require supplements of iron and calcium which your doctor will take care.
Take proper rest and some kind of good exercise in consultation of your doctor.
Listen ti good music and read good books.
Wish you a safe motherhood.
Best of luck.
