It simply means that the vessels that carry blood to and from your lungs are slightly prominent. Nothing to worry about its a near normal finding on Chest Radiographs(X Rays). Take care.

It means some abnormal shadow on xray which may or may not be pathological. That finding need to be confirmed by some other imaging modality depending on your symptoms. Hope this helps you, if so hit thanks.
