If this is your personal sauna , it is good. You should not visit sauna for public as you may spread the infection or get another infection. You can instill nasal decongestant drops and take steam inhalations. Take anti-cold tablets.

Well it will get better. Probably the heat has blocked your nose. Take some steam at home if it doesnt get better. You can use some otrivin nasal drops as well
