If you have a history of easy bruisability please get your complete blood picture, Platelet count , Bleeding time, Clotting time, PT/INR tests, Iron profile tests done to rule out any bleeding disorders. However if bruise occurred because you hit the knuckles /if due to trauma, ice the area intermittently for 1st 48hours. elevate the affected fingers. Hope this information was helpful to you .
