hello, thanks for your query, precipitating factors like stress, coffee, chocklets, fasting, excessive light should've avoided. prophylactic drug sibilium 5 mg taken prior onset of migraine. for active migrating u can take sumatriptan spray. all this has to be under d guidelines of an ent surgeon or neurologist. all the best. take care.
