Hi. You have to take treatment for the symptoms. At the 19 weeks pregnancy there are some medicines you can take safely. You can take paracetamol in proper doses and antibiotics like cefixime and decongestant nasal drops under the care of your Gynecologist and/ or ENT Specialist. Take steam inhalations 4 times a day. Keep well hydrated - plenty of oral fluids, take bed-rest.

For runny nose give syp. Levoctrizine, for feer give paracetamol, vomiting can be controlled by ondensetron syp.
