Hi, I had gone through your query and understand your concerns. The treatment for RSV is largely supportive. Maintain hydration and oxygenation, and keep airways clear of mucus. Monitor closely for apnea and/or evidence of respiratory failure. Bronchodilators may be helpful, especially racemic epinephrine. Heliox may improve air exchange with few adverse effects. The only way to confirm this is to have a viral antigen test for RSV.

Hi, The treatment of RSV infection is primarily supportive. Maintain hydration and oxygenation, and keep airways clear of mucus. Monitor closely for apnea and/or evidence of respiratory failure.
