Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of hemorrhagic cyst and physiological cyst in ovary is normal finding and there is nothing to worry.
Many types of cysts can develop in ovary.
The dominant follicle after ovulation undergoes many changes- follicular cyst turns into corpus luteum-corpus hemorrhagicum and then corpus atreticum.
The hemorrhagic cyst is probably the hemorrhage occurring in the corpus luteum/
The physiological cysts are follicular cysts, simple cysts, inclusion cysts etc.
All these cysts are non-neoplastic and thus harmless.

Thanks and take care
