Bloating and irregular bowel movement can be caused by several factors including bad diet (low fiber intake), hypothyroidism, chronic bacterial infection, hypertension medicines or even colon cancer. I suggest you to start with fiber intake and probiotic intake. If this wont help, please have stool test and stool culture done and consider Rifaximine treatment. Colonoscopy is a next step.
