Hi, If any deep gap in seen then needs resuturing as this can lead to sinus formation and infection later. If only superficial gap of around 5mm with healed episiotomy wound then no need to worry. This will heal....

You need not worry. Some types of stitches take time to get absorbed. Sine it is already three weeks this stitch thread removed is not going to affect healing of episiotomy wound.
