Hi,thanks for posted your query as you mentioned that you have disc prolapse at c5-6 and c6-7 levels. now you should be cleared that this is a MRI finding of your neck which may be incidental finding with no symptoms and discomfort. now symptoms may be neck pain radicular pain in the arm numbness and tingling good news is that in 90% cases it resolve by its own with in 6-8 wks. Do neck exercise
