Hi.Thanks for writing on HCM. This means that the damage(residual) that the Tb bacteria has done to the lung tissue when he had active tuberculosis.You can ignore these findings since they are redundant and will not cause any harm at present.However if large lung tissue is damaged it might hamper respiration(quiet rare). Hope this helps.
