Welcoem to HCM! it is less possible that reflux laryngitis causing breathing difficulty. getting cardiac checkup looks necessary plus pulmonary function test. An ECG, ECHO and blood pressure along with blood tests will clear the picture. it is important to avoid any kind of exercise which increases respiratory distress till you have negative cardiac results.
