Hi, welcome to Health care Magic, The best treatment for anlagesia due to pulmonary embolism is to use anti coagulant. This is an emergency condition. Patient should be treated in Hospital. Pain is usually due to reduced blood supply due to embolus. Thus we have to treat the cause. For prophylaxis of pulmonary embolism, we should give anticoagulant and low dose aspirin.wish her best recovery. HH
