Hello, Although the most common cause for pain in feet is generally due to pain in heel caused by plantar fasciitis but there can be other reasons like heel spurs or if he pain is in balls of finger,then it could be metatarsalgia. The best would be to consult an orthopedic for the exact diagnosis and treatment. Thanks
