Do the fallopian tuba patency test. Sometimes the surgery for ectopic can cause adhesions affecting the tubal function I would suggest you have laparoscopy and dye test. The health of the tube can be assessed better. That will make things more clear. If there are any adhesions they can be released at the same time.
