Hi, Thank you for posting your query. Necrotizing fascitis is associated with severe infection and sepsis. This can result in low blood pressure (hypotension). Both infection and low BP can give rise to acute renal failure (ARF). Hyperkalemia (high potassium) is a known feature of acute renal failure. Best wishes, Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM
