Hi,
I have been recently diagnosed with 6th nerve palsy and had an ct scan and mri done which came back normal so I'm at a loss as to what has caused my 6th nerve palsy in my right eye. Is there any treatnebts other than wait and see to see if it resolves on its own?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having 6th nerve palsy.
Since CT scan and MRI scan are normal this will rule out serious causes like intracranial tumor, aneurysm...
The other causes are vascular causes like diabetes, hypertension.... In these cases the sixth nerve palsy will improve over 3-6 months, hence treatment is by observation for 6 months and use of multiviamins including vitamin B complex.

Thank you
