Hi there, Thanks for your query. Brain gets fully developed by 3 years of age. Mormabrain is NOT a treatment. Get the child thoroughly evaluated for detecting reversible/treatable causes of cerebral atrophy. If a reversible/treatable cause is found, prompt treatment of/ or precautions will ensure normal/near-normal brain development. Consult a neurologist/geneticist. Dr. Rakesh Karanwal
